What to do if there is quality problem after receiving the goods?
All the products are fully inspected before shipment, and there won’t be defective products. Pictures of the product and packing will be taken to send to customers before shipment. If it is because of the transportation to make the damage of goods, this belongs to the scope what we can not handle. Therefore, the customer needs to contact us immediately after receiving the goods and inform us of the specific damage, so that we can confirm the ultimate responsibility. If it is our responsibility, we will give a discount or replenishment according to the actual situation.
