11-202017Why the MOQ is so high, can you reduce it?That’s because of the huge tear and wear during mass production. If it is reduced less than 10,000pcs, which is unable to bear the loss during production process.

11-202017How do you control the quality?Before moulding, 3D drawing will be confirmed firstly. After moulding, samples will be provided for approval. The mass production will be launched based on approved samples. Doing 100% inspection during production and radom inspection before packing.

11-202017Can I check the quality before delivery?Yes. You can come to our factory by yourself or ask your colleague from your china office or ask a third party inspection company to do the inspection before delivery.

11-202017What is the process of customization service?We can do OEM/ODM and customization. First you provide the concept of the product, then we will discuss the feasibility and find the solution. After that the 3D drawing of scheme will be confirmed by your. The new mould will be made based on the approved 3D drawing, and new samples will be offered as soon as the mould is ready. We will arrange mass production according to the approved new samples. And you can arrange someone or a third party inspection company to do inspection before shipment.

11-202017What to do if there is quality problem after receiving the goods?All the products are fully inspected before shipment, and there won’t be defective products. Pictures of the product and packing will be taken to send to customers before shipment. If it is because of the transportation to make the damage of goods, this belongs to the scope what we can not handle. Therefore, the customer needs to contact us immediately after receiving the goods and inform us of the specific damage, so that we can confirm the ultimate responsibility. If it is our responsibility, we will give a discount or replenishment according to the actual situation.

11-202017How can I pay you?For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% by T/T(western union) as deposit before production, and 70% balance after inspection and before shipment. For mould, you need to pay 100% by T/T(western union) before moulding.
