11-202017What is bronzing?Bronzing is a process by which a bronze-like surface is applied to other materials (metallic or non-metallic). Some bronzing processes are merely simulated finishes (patinas) applied to existing metal surfaces, or coatings of powdered metal that give the appearance of a solid metal surface. In other cases, an actual layer of heavy copper is electroplated onto an object to produce a bronze-like surface. This electroplating is the method traditionally used for "bronzing" of baby shoes, but to electroplate a non-conductive item like a baby shoe, a conductive material must first be applied, then the copper plating is done.

11-202017How long is my private mould’s service life?Generally speaking, the mould’s service life is around 800,000pcs production if it is kept using. There will be regular maintenance.

11-202017Can I get the test report or certificate related to the material?Yes, you can. The materials are food grade or cosmetic grade. We can provide samples and arrange the related test as your request.

11-202017How long does it take to finish my new mould?The lead time for new mould is around 10-15days, for mass production is around 10-15days.

11-202017How do you control the quality?Before moulding, 3D drawing will be confirmed firstly. After moulding, samples will be provided for approval. The mass production will be launched based on approved samples. Doing 100% inspection during production and radom inspection before packing.

11-202017Can I check the quality before delivery?Yes. You can come to our factory by yourself or ask your colleague from your china office or ask a third party inspection company to do the inspection before delivery.
